The “greediest” baguettes
Baguette des Prés and Baguette des Champs are like sisters that you can distinguish by their look. Both are delicious baguettes, created with wheat flour and a touch of rye flour. To this mix, we incorporate sunflower, sesame, brown flax and yellow flax seeds. The baking process fully releases all aromas from the slightly roasted seeds. It is an absolute delight, making them undisputed references on the grain bread market.
Baked in wooden boxes, we can also make them in bread form with Pain des Prés and Pain des Champs.
