Le Charpentier et Le Troubadour
Both Charpentier and Troubadour bread have a nicely coloured and light crumb. Their crust is crispy and golden brown. With its well-aerated crumb, people can eat this light bread at every meal.
A subtle mix of wheat and flax flour with sourdough gives an ochre colour and a unique flavour to the crumb. Thanks to flax flour and its traditional recipe, this bread can be stored for a long time.
Charpentier can be nicely shaped as a ball in three parts, while Troubadour is long and twisted.
