As we are located in the region of Paris, our products have been noticed abroad and we are now well positioned for exports.
We support French bakers who settled abroad and we also turn to international clients looking for high quality flour.
Our export process is also based on training programs. This is a crucial issue! Within our “Stages de Verdelot” program, we implement training sessions at our mill which can last up to one week. Rest assured that a demonstrator-baker from our mill will be available even on the other side of the world to facilitate your teams’ training for 8 days.
We export to Europe (Germany, Belgium, Greece, Spain, United-Kingdom, Sweden, Austria and Netherland…) and to Asia (China, Japan) and the expertise we have gained in the last few years made this activity a new development strategy for our mill.
French types of wheat used for bread-making are known to be among the best in the world. Thanks to many of our artisan clients who are ambassadors for our brand, our different flour types and mixes are in high demand.
