Start of operation : 1895, 2 kilometers away from the present mill, at the mill of Couargis which has been restored by a team of passionate people.
Company management: David and Julien Bourgeois.
Staff: 80 people.
Customer base : 100% artisan bakeries, within 200 km of the mill and also Internationally (Europe, Asia).
Grinding capacity : 450 tonnes of wheat per day for the traditional mill and 25 tonnes for the mill dedicated to organic products and stone-milling.
Products : Classic bread-making flour, traditional French flour, gruel and flour from the USA, stone ground and organic flour, prepared mixes for special bread, everything is developed by our teams in Verdelot.
We are among the very few mills in the Paris region to produce our stone ground flour and organic flour ourselves.

Quality standards : ISO 22000, Label Rouge, HACCP, label EQO for Millésime and Painpille flour, CRC meals, Mangeons Local en Ile de France label for stone ground and organic flour.
