Pain Baltik and Pain Olaf, Scandinavian bread that’s a treat !
Lightly covered with barley flakes, Pain Baltik is made with a mix of barley flour and wheat flour into which we integrate just the right amount of sunflower, brown flax, yellow flax and red millet seeds.
This bread is produced with a rye sourdough and it contains the perfect combination of ingredients in just the right proportion to make a delicious product with a beautiful brown colour. This recipe from our bakers creates bread that customers adore because it is soft and light to eat.
Pain Baltik and Pain Olaf are perfect twins. It’s up to each baker to decide which they prefer.
