Forza! Our special flours for Italian products have all the characteristics of the best Italian flours, but they are made exclusively from French wheat grown less than 200 km from the mill.
With these products, we aim to offer pizza flours with a low carbon footprint that are just as good as those from our neighbours across the Alps.
Our range contains three flours suitable for Italian recipes:
La Bella Lucia for artisan bakers
• Two Mulino Borghese flours for restaurants, pizzerias and private individuals.
