At the very heart of our mill in Verdelot, we have our own stone millstones.
We are therefore past masters in this milling technique that preserves the nutrients in the cereals by keeping the wheat germ more intact, while also conserving the fibre present in the bran.
These characteristics give our breads many nutritional benefits!
Our stoneground range includes flours from several cereals: wheat, rye and spelt.
NB: the range also includes a Label Rouge stone-ground wheat flour T80.
