At Moulins Bourgeois, we encourage home-made products and work hard to promote the know-how of artisan bakers. That is what our Bourgeois Trainings focus on and why they include sessions dedicated to pastry, sourdough breads or snacks. Unlike milling companies which have diversified their activity with deep-frozen «viennoiseries» and pastry, we have decided to focus on the quality of our flour. To ensure that all our clients can make the best use of it, our consultant bakers develop a large number of recipes every year.
