OUR FRENCH FLOURS WITH THE SAME CHARACTERISTICS AS ITALIAN VARIETIES
Our range includes three flours that are suitable for Italian recipes:
- Bella Lucia for bakers
- The two Mulino Borghese flours for restaurants, pizzerias and private individuals
Our aim is to supply pizza flour with a low carbon footprint (local supply chains). These three flours are all made from grain grown less than 200 km from the mill (the areas to the east and south of Paris).
